Hydra

Our first two nights in Greece were spent on the quiet island of Hydra, which we reached by ferry from Athens. It is truly quiet since there are no motor vehicles, and was a welcome change from the noise and pollution of Cairo. We stayed in a simple pension and wandered the cobblestone streets that wound up the slopes from the harbor.
